Corporate social responsibility is a fundamental value for Istituto Gentili, as the company takes care of the community in which it operates through a corporate policy that supports the social and cultural growth of the community, and is attentive to people in need.

To this end, the Company is committed to support non-profit associations tackling the issues of solidarity and hospitality, especially to protect the health and well-being of children.

Corporate responsibility
  • Istituto Gentili supports the G. e D. De Marchi Onlus Foundation, committed to assisting children affected by serious chronic diseases, under treatment at the De Marchi Children’s Clinic in Milan, as well as supporting their families. In 2019, Istituto Gentili purchased tickets for theatre show “Lady Windermere’s fan” by Oscar Wilde, staged at the Teatro Carcano in Milan, for its head office employees. The proceeds of the show will be donated to the Foundation to organise a “child-friendly” holiday for the young patients of the De Marchi Clinic.

  • Istituto Gentili sustains the ANT Onlus Foundation, the largest non-profit organization in Italy that assure the patient all the necessary oncological home care service, completely free of charge. In 2019, Istituto Gentili is committed to support the Project “Celebrating Easter with ANT by providing a gesture of solidarity”, by organizing a special day in which it was possible to buy chocolate eggs and Easter doves. The funds raised with the ANT Solidarity Eggs have been used to finance cancer prevention projects, as part of the early melanoma diagnosis, thyroid, gynecology and breast cancer.
