In March 2017, Istituto Gentili S.r.l. (hereinafter the “Company”) adopted the organisation, management and control Model drawn up pursuant to Legislative Decree n° 231/2001, which established a supervisory body (odv@istitutogentili.com) to guarantee the correct functioning of the above Model.
In addition, the Company has adopted the Code of Conduct, already shared by the Mediolanum Farmaceutici Group, which sets out the ethical principles and conduct of all those who work within it.
Since March 2017, the Company has been a member of the Farmindustria trade association and has therefore adopted the Farmindustria Code of Conduct.
The Company has a quality system for scientific information activities (QAIS) which is subject to annual reviews by an independent certification body.
