Istituto Gentili sponsored the exhibition "La poetica del segno", dedicated to the artist Bice Lazzari at the Museo Novecento in Florence from 10/25/2019 to 2/13/2020.
A large-scale anthological exhibition dedicated to Bice Lazzari, born in Venice in 1900, she become famous for her geometric painting made of lines drawn with graphite on a monochrome background.
Bice Lazzari's works are present in many National and International museums, including: Vatican Museums, The Peggy Guggenheim Collection (VE), The National Gallery of Modern Art (RM), The Phillips Collection (Washington DC), The National Museum of Women in the Arts NMWA (Washington DC).
